Reservation Policy:

  • Guests must provide valid credit card details to secure a reservation.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

  • Check-in time: 11:00 AM
  • Check-out time: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payment Policy:

  • Payment for the entire stay is due upon check-in.
  • Acceptable forms of payment: credit cards, cash, etc.
  • A security deposit may be required upon arrival.

Cancellation and No-show Policy:

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Pet Policy:

  • Pets are welcome with prior arrangement.
  • Additional charges may apply for pet-friendly accommodations.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

Smoking Policy:

  • Our hotel is smoke-free. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

Additional Policies:

  • Use of hotel facilities such as the gym, spa, pool, etc.
  • Conduct and behavior expectations while on hotel premises.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel.
  • The identification proofs accepted are a Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
  • Note: PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card

Refund Policies

  • • Before 30 days 10% of the Total billing Amount Retained with us.
  • • Before 15-30 days 50% of the Total Billing Amount Retained with us.
  • • Within 15 days Cancellation Refund is NIL.
